Our
Leadership
KEYS is led by operators who understand that the best technology is built by people committed to the mission.

Chris Kahn
Chris Kahn founded KEYS with a singular focus: building trusted software that serves the people who protect and support this nation. As a service-disabled veteran, Chris brings firsthand understanding of the operational environments where government technology must perform without compromise.
His career spans the intersection of defense, technology, and federal service delivery. Before founding KEYS, Chris developed deep expertise in AI-driven systems, secure software architecture, and the unique constraints of building for government at scale.
Under his leadership, KEYS is positioned as an agile, mission-aligned partner for federal agencies seeking to modernize their technology infrastructure. Chris is committed to responsible AI adoption, transparent delivery, and building a company culture that reflects the discipline and integrity of military service.

Nathan Anderson
Nathan leads KEYS's operations and go-to-market execution, ensuring the firm scales delivery, client engagement, and internal capability with the same discipline federal programs expect. He brings a practitioner's lens to how marketing, sales, and operations must work together—not as separate functions, but as one accountable engine for results.
For more than two decades he has built and run businesses at the intersection of technology, marketing, and operations. He served as COO of BitBuild, a software development company, after years as a vice president leading growth at Accelerator Marketing. Earlier roles include social media and digital marketing at TD Ameritrade, ownership of fundraising and marketing ventures, and program leadership helping organizations define requirements and ship web and data systems. He holds a bachelor's in management from Brigham Young University.
At KEYS, Nathan is focused on operational rigor: clear priorities, reliable execution, and partnerships that compound over time. He believes small, mission-aligned teams win when leadership is visible, metrics are honest, and every commitment to an agency is treated as a promise to keep.

How We Operate
Mission First
Every technical decision is measured against its impact on the end user—the federal employees and citizens who depend on these systems.
Radical Transparency
We operate with full visibility. Stakeholders see our progress in real time, not in quarterly reports.
Disciplined Execution
Deadlines are commitments. We plan conservatively, execute precisely, and deliver on schedule.
Continuous Improvement
Every engagement generates lessons. We systematically incorporate feedback into our processes and our people.
Work With Us
We are always interested in connecting with federal professionals who share our commitment to mission-driven technology.
